Refunds and Returns

Although we do our best to package our items carefully, sometimes they can still get damaged in transit. Alfred & Mildred will refund damaged or faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours Alfred & Mildred can not be held responsible for faulty or damaged items.

We ask for you to take a photo of the damaged goods and email them to alfredandmildred@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging and include this in the photos.

Alfred & Mildred are happy to exchange for change of mind or you can opt for store credit (return postage at buyers expense).

Alfred & Mildred will not refund or exchange items for personalised or custom orders, or items that appear to be used or washed.
